Trevi Fountain where wishes come true

On a blazing hot day, here we are at Trevi Fountain. It's amazing nothing has changed since my visit to this place years ago during student tour in Europe after graduation.

The Trevi Fountain is a fountain in Rome, Italy.Standing 26 meters (85.3 feet) high and 20 meters (65.6 feet) wide,it is the largest Baroque fountain in the city and one of the most famous fountains in the world

Wish I was the only solo person standing here for this shot

Throwing my coin - hmm who's the cool dude beside me

Jenny & Pat after having thrown our coins and made our wishes

A traditional legend holds that if visitors throw a coin into the fountain, they are ensured a return to Rome. Some also say wishes will come true when one throw the coins in the fountain.

Why are there so many people at Trevi Fountain in the blazing hot sun?

Both Jenny and I took a break and headed for lunch. After lunch we came back to Trevi Fountain to take more shots.

Side View - can you feel the heat?

Playing with the cool water - Pat please don't fall in the Fountain

Be careful photographer, Pat is going to splash the water towards your direction

So relaxing

Farewell Trevi Fountain - hopefully I will be back for a third time in the near future
