 The move from Bukit Pasoh Road to Downtown Marina's One has certainly increased the dishes and creativity of the dishes served. Personally the location was initially difficult to find especially if this was one's first visit. However the food made up for the visit for the contemporary Chinese restaurant. However the prices of the food have increased.

 Roasted Irish Silver Duck in Peking Style

One of the more unique of this Peking duck dish is the pinkish wrap made from Rose powder.

 The meat is served as a separate plate in addition to the duck skip and wrap

Flora's ( Malta)

 Here we are at Flora's Naxxar in the Island of Malta. This round we were having tea, ala a late lunch. At Malta we really tried the local food, explored the places mentioned in the guidebook. Someone is extremely happy with his tea special.

Orchids @ Gardens By The Bay

 I am always in awe by the display of flowers at Gardens by The Bay. It is pretty relaxing just admiring the flowers and indulging with nature and photography. 

 It's the orchids display in the month of July and in the theme of Peranakan.

Fireworks in Malta

 After dinner, we adjourned to where the band was playing. There were many people gathered in the square.

 We were about to leave when the lady beside me told me to stay as the display of the fireworks was about to begin. Thankful we stayed. It was a 20min long of fireworks.

 Spectacular display of fireworks and music. Really took our breaths away.

 This was definitely one of the highlights of the Malta trip. Very bless to see the beautiful fireworks which we didn't plan for.
