Turkish Food Back at Istanbul

How time flies when we were having fun. 28th November 2010, was our last day in Turkey. We were back at Istanbul. It was our free day. All of us embarked on our optional tour - a full day tour cum Bosphorus Cruise priced at US $90. It was a night flight for us, hence we had the time to do our last minute shopping and to savour the sights of Tureky.

We embarked on a private Bosphorus Crusie which lasted for an hour, travelling along the 30km straits that divide Turkey into 2 Continents - Asia & Europe.

Pat & Xiuling at Dolmabache Palace ( Love this pic)
As part of the optional tour, we visited Dolmabache Palace, an European style palace that combines the beauty and skills of Europe architecture and richness and magnificicence of the Orient, this palace is the most beautiful site of Istanbul. Indeed it is. Pity we could not take pictures in the palace.

Dried fruits and nuts
Pat did her last minute shopping here, yap, for my family members - dried apricots, dates, nuts.

After spice market market we dropped off at a local shopping mall, where we had our dinner and did our final shopping. We headed to the airport for our night flight. We arrived back in Singapore on Nov 29, 2010. Had a fantastic time in Turkey. Thank you for the memories.
