Mussaman Curry Chicken

If you were wondering when the idea of cooking Thai food at home came about, all thanks to Joan who signed us both for cooking school in BKK. I really had fun and this is when I started to pay attention to the ingredients and experiment cooking.
Ingredients used

Pre Oboke Boat Cruise

Here we are after lunch for the Oboke Sightseeing Boat Cruise. This is in the western part of the Iya Valley.
A gentle 30 minute boat ride down the Yoshino River,
Boats leave at least once an hour from the dock on the riverbank, which is reached via a 7-8 minute walk down the hill (ramps are provided the entire way) from the main ticket building.
