Daffies Gathering at Richard's Place

Daffies after graduation

It was a week after our graduation. On 23 November, Richard hosted daffies at his place. We had a potluck dinner and it was a sumptuous spread of food. It was great fellowship, fun and laughter. Sister Angeline had to return back to Malaysia. Stay in touch yeah. God bless.

Ana & Pat ( trust both of us to suggest dates for gatherings. Ana always has fantastic food selection) - the chicken was delicious, hmm for a moment we were wondering was it a turkey for thanksgiving dinner. (grin)

Daffies

It was a lovely and wonderful evening. Richard, thanks for hosting us at your place. The hokkien noodles was the best.We had so much fun, partly no more assignments to be done. Such great bonding and fellowship. I think Daff cohort 6 is one group who loves food and all of us are growing and sharing in our faith. Thank you Lord for bringing us all of us together.

Check out Xmas Gathering in December 2011.

Helen's Wedding

Happiness and love always to the lovely bride Helen from all of us

On 19 November 2011, Michelle, Linda and I were invited to Helen's wedding. It's been over a year since we met since our NLP days. The wedding lunch was held at Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel.

Fifteen Minutes

Pat with her Tofu Lasagna

Located at the cool campus of Lasalle College of the Arts, Fifteen Minutes is situated at 1 McNally St #01-00. For our November Gathering, the dance kakis met there for dinner on 25 Nov 2011. Indeed, a spacious and hip cafe.

Check out the menu

With Jo's Xmas goodies

Refreshing Ice lemon Tea at $2.90 ($1 discount if one orders the main course)
Warm Duck Salad in the jar ($8.90)

It's fun and interesting how we shake and mix the salad
The outcome of the shaking the jar - delicious salad
Tofu Lasagna ($11.90)

Both Joanna and I had the Tofu Lasagna. A healthy dish and has to be eaten with the sauce, else it will be very blend.

Sambal Chicken Thigh ($13.90)

Both Linda and Cara had the Sambal Chicken Thigh. Looks delicious especially for those who love hot stuff. Nice presentation of the dish.

Check out the campus - lovely architecture
