Serene, Ayesha and Pat
I had a fantastic time catching up with Serene and Ayesha, University classmates at Sushi Tei (Vivo City) on 14 March 2011. The bamboo stick place was where ayesha suggested to meet, and Sushi Tei was the place i recalled of the bamboo sticks. Lucky Serene was already in the queue, hence making the wait shorter.
It was great meeting Serene whom I haven't met for over 5 years. Time flies, she still looks so charming and a great story teller.

We connected back via Facebook. Thanks to the quotes and Pat's FB postings.
Chawanmushi
We wasted no time in ordering our food. Serene ordered her Chawanmushi - steamed egg
The next 2 dishes were ordered by Ayesha. This dish tasted like softshell crab, with rice and caviar.

I ordered the Sashimi Salad, one of the must to have whenever I visit Sushi Tei. I was first introduced to this dish at Holland V by Kevin, my good pal and it's a dish that I love. Sashimi and salad, a meal I can have anytime at Sushi Tei.
Sashimi Salad with Sushi Tei dressing
Serene's favourtie. Crunchy and addictive were the ebi tempura that we were tempted to order another plate but we decided to save some space for our dessert.
