KopiTiam @ Swisshotel

Kopitiam at the Swisshotel serves local cuisine in a restaurant coffeeshop setting at restaurant prices. Yet for the cosy and quiet setting, I wouldn't mind heading to Kopitiam for a meal. I met up with Agung and Jianhao for Sunday Lunch on 29 April. It's always great to be in the company of Josephians.

Laksa
Both Agung and Jianhao had the laksa. This dish was generous with prawns, plenty of taupok and a medium sized fish cake. The dish looked very lemak and the gravy was so thick that it resembled a thicken sauce. Agung was certainly enjoying this dish with the sambal, so was Jianhao.
 Pat & her Crispy noodles
Agung and his laksa ( Did you try the chatterbox laksa - which is nicer?)
 Crispy Noodles with seafood
Always a favourite local dish of mine, I found that the portion of the noodles has reduced. They were generous with the the prawns, squid and fish. With the green chill it heightens the taste of the dish
Jianhao & Agung (2 of the Prefect Exco)
Want a taste of my laksa?
Jianhao, Agung and Pat

Yap, we look forward to seeing the rest of the Exco in June when Marcus and Michael are back for holidays from their studies. Yes, Roderick we look forward to seeing you too. Trust Ms Ang to be part of the Exco gathering. Look forward to catching up with all of you. Take care.
