It's always a joy catching up with close friends and I am thankful for my circle of wonderful friends. After several months since celebrating my birthday in January, Thiru and I met up on 5 May - Vesak Day for an afternoon lunch at Dome located at Isetan Scotts. Makan sessions are a great way to catch up with close pals.

A fan of mushroom, the burger was tasty. The chips were pretty addictive. I couldn't resist pinching some from Thiru's plate. She had the salad while we shared the burger and the rice.

 Pecan Tart ($6.90)

Our highlight of the day. The pie is sweet and crispy. The Pecan nuts are delicious. Blend it with the ice-cream, it gives the finishing touch for an enjoyable lunch that afternoon.
