Thai Express at Jurong Point was the place we headed for an early dinner on a Sunday night on 1 April 2012. Both Jo and I were at Jurong Bird earlier in the day. What a paparazzi time we had with our feathery friends at the Bird Park. It's not a April's Fool Joke. We were indeed at the Bird Park, soaking in with nature and admiring the birds. We were also baked in the hot sun. Yet it was a wonderful experience and in great company.
Not one for spicy food, Thai express has one of my favourite dish, hence the exception.

Picture having a plate of breakfast morning toast. This dish is similar just that this time the ingredients are prawn. Dip it with the sauce, perfect combination. Thumbs up. I can have this dish as a main course :)
