Tony Roma's

Indeed Tony Roma's is famous for ribs and it is still the place I will go for a plate of juicy ribs. On 11 August 2011, I met Siu Kim, MCC classmate for dinner at the Tony Romas #B1-007 at Suntec.

Nice quiet and cosy place. The restaurant was almost filled with guests on a Thursday nite.

Tony Cape Codder (9.90)

Siu Kim ordered a glass of tony cape codder. A taste of cranberry and gin. Stir the drink to get the full taste.

Our Delicious ribs for dinner

Both of us ordered the half origianl babyback Ribs priced at $22.90 each. Tender, lean pork loin meat, mixed with Tony Roma’s Original BBQ sauce. Love my plate of ribs.

I happened to have a 30% discount coupon for the pork ribs from OCBC credit cards. Check out the bills payment if you have an ocbc card. It's a good deal and value for money.

Siu Kim's plate of BabyBack Ribs with Fries and Coleslaw ($22.90)

Pat's plate of babyback ribs with coleslaw and baked beans ( $22.90)

Staying away from fries, I opted for the baked beans. The side dishes complemented the juicy ribs.

Pat enjoying her dinner

Tony Roma's has been Famous for Ribs for more than 30 years. It all started back in 1972 in North Miami when Tony opened his first place with Baby Backs as the house specialty. Besides Ribs, there is also crisp fresh salads, mouthwatering char-grilled steaks, original BBQ chicken, delicious seafood and desserts make up a menu that is sure to please every guest. Had to skip dessert that day as we were too full. I am sure we will be back soon to try more Tony Roma's dishes.
