On 19 August 2011, I caught up with Xuying, (classmate from secondary school days) whom I haven't seen for a while. We met up for dinner at TCC @ Scotts. It's always nice meeting up with friends over dinner. We had lots to catch up in a nice cosy place.
Spaghetti with salmon and egg was the dish I ordered. Yap, I have always love salmon -brain food. The egg was well done. Mix the yolk with the spaghetti sauce it gives an excellent flavour to this dish.
Xuying had the chicken with vegetables and potatoes.
