Dome

There was a slight drizzle when I took mum out for lunch on 7 August 2011. We headed to Dome at Shaw House Level where we had our lunch. Had a $20 food voucher to spend before it expires at the end of August. The place was small, the most it can accomodate around 20 guests.

Our Lunch Dishes - mixture of Italian and Japanese

Beef Lasagne ($15.90)

It was mum's first visit to Dome at Shaw House. Ordered the beef lasagne for her. The dish was filled with premium beef, chunky tomoato lashing of bechamel sauce and melted cheese, it was also served with a side of garden salad. Mum enjoyed her meal.

Teriyaki Baked Rice ($11.50)

I had the Japanese Teriyaki Chicken Steak Baked Rice. It was an interesting presentation when the dish was served. Loved the juicy teriyaki chicken steak baked over savory rice spread with japanese mayonnaise, bonito flakes and gratin with cheese. Delicious.

Our bill amounted to $32.25, with the $20 voucher, we only paid $12.25 for our lunch. Enjoyed the family time spent with mum on a Sunday afternoon.
