Western Dinner at Hotel in Rothenburg

 Table settings for dinner
 After our Rothenburg walking tour, it was time for dinner at the hotel. This was our first dinner meal provided by Dynasty on 31 May 2012.

Starter - Melon with ham 
It was a 4 course meal. The fruits were really sweet and with the mix of the ham - a perfect combination.

Clear Soup of Vegetables with Dumpling 
Very salty and only 2 Dumplings. Chinese Dumplings in Singapore are still the best.
 Main course - Glazed breast of poulard with sherry cream sauce vegetables & risotto
The meat was slight tough. Risotto was delicious, pity it is small portion. Great presentation.
 Time for Dinner
Semolina pudding with plum ragout
We waited almost 30min for desserts. By then, a few of us of the group left without dessert, as it was time to catch up on sleep. The pudding when eaten on its own, can be quite filling and it's really sweet. Mix it with the plum, it gives a balanced taste. We preferred the fruits on our plate.

Jeff & Ailing
Joining us on our table of 4, was Jeff and his wife Ailing. The start of our adventures with the lovely couple who brought fun and laughter to the trip. We really clicked with them. Thanks for the wonderful memories.
