Dinner at Fussen

After our visit to Neuschwanstein castle and Wieskirche on 1 June 2012, it was time for dinner. We were driven to a cosy restaurant where they served pork knuckle.

The photographer and her camera shots :)
 Love is in the air
 Soup with minced meat
It was salty. Somehow the chinese soup in Singapore tastes better
Pat's salad spread from the salad buffet
 Pork Knuckle and potato ball
We were taken aback by the size of the pork knuckle. Crispy on the outside for the skin and tender was the meat. Mix it with the sauce, it gives a very satisfying taste. The potato ball, looked like a big dumpling. It felt a bit like rice ball, just then it was super blend. Most of us did not like the potato ball.
 Dinner Time
The external scenery from where I sat in the restaurant
 Apple Strudel
One of my favourite desserts - it is a pity it is cream sauce and not ice cream, else this dish would be perfect.
Apple strudel was baked to perfection and the filling was sweet and crunchy for the apple
There is always room for dessert.

We ended the 3rd day heading back to the hotel for rest. Look out for our next day adventures- which personally to me is my highlight of the trip.
