Chef Daniel's Kitchen

Pat, Peichin & Kok Choong
Thanks for the years of friendship

It's always nice being with friends whose friendships ranged over a decade. On 8 Jan 2012, we all met for lunch at Chef Daniel's Kitchen located on the 7th floor on Illuma Bugis. I am always excited to try new places and it's always great to be engaged in exciting conversations. In this case financials and travel places.

It has dawned upon me it's conversation topics whereby we discover friends among us with common topics. I also enjoy talk life long learning topics, the faith and nature places. I am usually very restless if one is not able to engage me in depth conversations.
The menu

All 3 of us opted for the set lunch
Prawn salad - juicy & delicious
(yap, Pat loves seafood)
My good Pal Peichin :)
Pat with her salad to be shared with all
Pumpkin Soup - One of the better soup dishes that I have tasted here. Thumbs up
Fruit juice for the gals - refreshing
Sirloin Steak for Pat ( something different for a change)
Wok-Charred Salmon for KC
If one observe carefully, indeed the external layer is nicely charred. It gives the flavour the salmon and indeed a stylish presentation.
Pan Fried Snapper Fillet for PC
Our lunch dishes on a Sunday Afternoon
The babe and her food
Advance birthday celebration for Pat. Thanks for the treat.
The babes in blue - looking cool
Coffee cake
Dessert for the day
