On 15th June 2011, Ailing and I decided to have dinner at Marina Square and she suggested a meal over at Imperial Treasure La Mian Xiao Long Bao.
The beef was tender. There was a considerable amount of fats to add on to the chewy texture upon each bite. The soup was savory and it complemented the La Mian in taste.
This was a dish which was recommended by Ailing. Something unique and delicious. When egg white is blended with the fish meat, it becomes soft and smooth. A dish that is simply delicious.
