On 6th February 2011, the alpha kakis arranged to meet up during the CNY festive seasons. All of us attended the 10.45am mass at BSC before we headed lunch at Crystal Jade in Holland Village. We waited for around 30min before we were ushered into the restaurant for our lunch. It was a delight to see all the girls and Marcus. This was the first time we have a gathering with all 5 of us together. We had Yusheng and several Tim Sum Dishes
My 5th round of Yusheng. Initially we ordered the medium plate of Yusheng, Germaine spotted a hair on the plate, hence medium plate was upgraded to a large plate of Yusheng. No wonder we were all so full after lunch.
The egg tarts were delicious. I could have another pate of these.
We shared the bowl of century egg porridge. One of the must have for me at Crystal Jade.
We ordered 2 baskets of Siew Mai.
Mixing the egg and the vegetables was a good combination. It was tasty and fresh
2 baskets of Steamed Prawn Dumplings ( ala hao gao). Delicious
