On 1 Feb, I met Damien and his wife Eileen at Toa Payoh. We had initially wanted to visit Crystal Jade, yet the restaurant was full with the new year dinners. We chanced upon Soup Restaurant located at #01-10 at Toa Payoh Entertainment Centre, and we had our dinner there.
