Earle Swensen

On 4th September 2011, I brought my mum out for lunch at Earle Swensen, located #02-117 at Vivocity. It was a cosy place to relax after a hectic week.

Mum's plate of Salad

We ordered the main courses, hence there was a free flow of salad spread.

Pat's colourful plate of salad

Malted Chocolate Milk Shake Float for Pat -the gal with the sweet tooth

Fried Chicken ($18.90)

Neat presentation. Mum usually tends to go for dishes that she has tasted. Hence she opted for the fried chicken. A small portion with more fries.

2nd round of salad for mum

Mum enjoyed the spread of salad, the 2nd round of Salad. Both of us came to a conclusion the weekday salad spread is better than the weekend spread. That I can attest to, as I had lunch with my friend 2 weeks later. It was indeed a better spread.

Cajun Salmon

This dish with mash potato is tasty and healthy. The outer layer is cripsy and the salmon is tender.

We were certainly very full after our salad and lunch dishes. Enjoyed the Sunday lunch with mum. We then headed for novena procession that evening.
