Aerin's

Taking casual chic dining to a whole new level, Aerin's offers modern classical European culture in a gorgeous setting in Raffles City Shopping Centre at B1-11/12. Peichin and I met for lunch on Good Friday, 22 April 2011.

Picco Latte @ $5.50

Taking a break from marking, Peichin is happily enjoying her glass of Picco Latte

Pat with her Ginger Tea and honey @ $6

Pat on the other hand, decided to have ginger tea. I was having a bad cough that weekend. The tea helped to smoothen the throat, but I didn't realise that the tea added to the phelgm.

Salmon Fillet @ $24

The first dish we shared was the salmon fillet. The 2 side dishes were mash potatoes and mushrooms. The Salmon was thick and juicy, nicely grilled. We love the mushrooms, simply addictive. Before we knew it, that was the first to disappear from the plate. The mash potato on the other hand was thick, not the usual smooth, creamy ones that I have tasted.

Casserole @ $20

This was a seafood dish which we shared. We felt that it was not worth the order. 3 slices of toasted bread, 3 mussels, 2 prawns and 2 squid, the rest was just tomato paste.

Affogato @$7.50

The dessert was the highlight of the day. The staff was nice to split the affogato into 2 cups for us. Ice cream mixed with rum and rasin with crumble and chocolate sauce.

Delicious - Must Try
