Lobster broth with scallops and crab roe - simply delicious


Steamed fish fillet with fragrant garlic oil and crystal vermicelli in light soya sauce



Crispy beancurd parcel filled with mixed diced mushrooms garnished with barleys
Stewed mee sua with baby abalone and crab roe


 double-boiled tianjin pear, snow fungus and dried longan ( hot )
Chilled "mao shan wang" durian with gula malacca
