Clifford Pier

I enjoy dining at Clifford Pier. In fact this is the 4th time this year that I have dined at this place. Occupying the space of the original Clifford Pier, this dining place preserves the pier’s hawker culture while honouring its historical role as the landing point of Singapore’s forefathers. On the menu are the best of Singapore’s culinary delicacies. Today we are celebrating KC birthday.

Heritage Bites : Mixed Platter of Kong Bak Bao, Kueh Pie Tee and Grilled Satay ( All time favourite of mine)

Broiled Miso-Sake Marinated Black Cod

Giovanni’s Amalfi-style Linguine tossed with Clams
in White Wine and Aglio Olio Sauce

Wagyu Beef Rendang braised in Coconut with Traditional Achar Pickles and Rice
 Dinner on Friday Night

Classic Key Limepie - Tart and Tangy Layer of Ginger Biscuit Crust with Key Lime Filling and Fluffy Meringue

Profiterole - Bourbon Vanilla Ice Cream filled Choux Pastry with Velvety Dark Chocolate Sauce
 Celebrating KC Birthday
 Complimentary Cake

 Pandan Ice-cream

 Kok Choong, Pat and Peichin
 Desserts Time

Although the food may be pricey, I love the ambience of the place, relaxing music and what better way to celebrate birthdays at this venue.
