Homegrown PS. Café opened its 10th outlet at Raffles City. Each outlet apparently has a different theme setting. We were so thrilled to be finally dining at the Raffles City outlet, after having made a reservation. I was turned away twice because we did not make reservations. It is quite a hip place to be at any PS. Café. Pricing are slightly above average.
