The Promenade - Malta

After lunch, we walked around and explored St Julian's.
Entering St Julian's, we found ourselves in pretty Spinola Bay where we spotted the iconic 'LOVE statue' on the promenade with lots of padlocks and chains.

We walked along the Promenade as it winds its ways along the seafront, past cafes, ships and ice-cream parlous. Spotted a shop selling souvenirs and we went to take a look.
Further up the hill we saw the Portomaso Tower, the tallest building in Malta at 23 storeys high.

Feeling thirsty, we adjourned to Mac for a drink, and then spotted a nearby supermarket where we bought water. Then we took the bus to Siliema for an early dinner.
