Tóng Lè Private Dining

 We celebrated our wedding anniversary on 3 Jan 2018 by having lunch at Tong Le Private Dining. I always have fond memories at Tung Lok restaurants especially for special occasions. This was our 2nd time back at Tong Le Private Dining. Our first time we were there was our 6mth together. Then we had a surprise with drinks and 2 pieces of sponge cake. Thanks to Carolyn who could recognize where we were by my posting a picture on FB.
 Appetizer

Roasted Honey Glaze Iberico Pork served with Avocado Salad - refreshing dish
Double-boiled Ginseng Soup with Lotus Seed and Silky Chicken Dumpling  - nourishing dish

Braised Fish Maw in Noble ‘Tanfu’ Broth - something unique and the broth adds to the flavor    
Poached Barramundi served with Homemade Noodle in Tomato Consommé

Freshly Ground Almond Cream with ‘Tang Yuan’   
Surprise Cake from Tong Le - Thank you Carolyn. The staff also mentioned that we catered from Tung Lok for our wedding lunch - which we completely forgotten. Thank you for the memories. 

The food was great, so was the attentive service. It was an awesome feeling just enjoying the  panoramic view of the stunning Marina Bay waterfront.
