Batam 2012

It was a 2D 1N on 26-27 October at Batam, where we visited shopping outlets. We had a taste of the Indonesian food and stayed a day at Mercure Hotel. On 26 October, I visited Jenny at Mac located at Harbourfront to have our breakfast we boarded the ferry to Batam. Check out my set of breakfast.

 On board the ferry at 9 plus, a long wait and many people waiting in the queue.

 On arrival, we were greeted by our guide for the day, who introduced himself as  "Harry Potter". Our first stop a cultural show. It's amazing the things the poor guys had to do to get donations from the guests - eating glass, stones on fire, using the teeth to peel the husks of coconuts.

 After a good massage in the hotel, we headed back to Casa Luna where we had our lunch
