Wieskirche is one of the most famous baroque churches in the world and is filled with awesome Rococo sculptures and frescos. Each year thousands of people from around the world visit Wieskirche. Construction took place between 1745 and 1754, and the interior was decorated with frescoes and with stuccowork in the tradition of the Wessobrunner School.
