Happy Valentine's Day
For Valentine's Day this year, after doing my research, we decided to have dinner at Origin Grill located at Shangri-la hotel. I was shocked at some of exorbitant prices for that day. Found the price still reasonable with the menu.
Setting the mood
French oyster, passionfruit, horseradish; dark chocolate, duck foie gras bon bon; Warm mussel vichyssoise
Quail, celery root, truffle
Big head prawns, chilli, celery, tomato
Palate cleanser : Paloma granita shot, lime crips
Kuhlbarra barramundi
Stockyard angus striploin
Chocolate, mousse and raspberry cream
Guimauve Chocolate, Banana yuzu macaroon
Food was good, so was the service. We had an enjoyable evening.
