Here we are at the 26th floor Okura Prestige Bangkok Hotel at the Up and Above Restaurant and Bar for our hi-tea in March 2019. It is interesting to know that there is much creative display of assortments of pastries and sandwiches at a much affordable price compared to what is served in Singapore. The Okura Tea Sets change with season.
