National Day Lunch

Trust the event organizer to be up to her mischief. Instead of just letting it be an ordinary public holiday doing nothing, what better way to celebrate National Day then host potluck lunch at our place. Both Anthony and I invited  a few of friends to our place for lunch. It was certainly a delicious meal of local delights and great way to catch up with friends.

Lunch was really special, as this round Anthony cooked 3 dishes, with Pat helping to get the ingredients. The dishes are the grilled chicken, mussels and Greek salad. ( I think he inherited the cooking skills from his dad).
