To celebrate Singapore's 52nd National Day, I chanced upon this promotion whereby from July 24 to August 26, 2017 Oscar’s at Conrad Centennial Singapore brought back Local Delights to its buffet line. The buffet lunch from Monday to Saturday was priced at $59++. We had the buffet lunch in the month of August and enjoyed ourselves on a leisurely Saturday.
