Mussaman Curry Chicken

If you were wondering when the idea of cooking Thai food at home came about, all thanks to Joan who signed us both for cooking school in BKK. I really had fun and this is when I started to pay attention to the ingredients and experiment cooking.
Ingredients used

Crispy Shallot

After this class is your turn to cook 
Coconut cream and coconut milk
Coconut Milk
Mussaman curry paste
Adding the chicken and the potatoes
