Bali Here we Come

I never expected to be travelling so soon after my Austria/ Bavaria trip, hence travelling to Bali  was a surprise. As things begin to unfold, I now see that there is a reason for this trip. In this trip, I see God's blessings on us. Thank you God.

It was to see the dolphins at Lovina that I decided to join Joan for the Bali trip from July 8-11, 2012. We booked our tickets at Kent Holidays, selected our hotels and within a month, here we are at Bali. It was 2 to go. Hence we were to meet our guide at the airport.

I was so busy, handling clients' work before I left and I settled them all. Our flight was on 8 July at 1645h. We were at the airport at 2.45pm. We had to do check in at the KLM kiosks to obtain our air tickets. Lucky the person in-charge helped us. Next as we lined up to check in our bags, a separate counter was opened for us.

Next we headed to a cafe to have a light snack. I had the kaya toast and a cup of hot milo. Joan had the set with egg,

Here we are on flight KL 835. It was a 2 hour journey from Singapore to Bali
Thumbs up for the food at KLM. Chicken with brani rice. Love the cake.

The timing at Bali was exactly the same time in Singapore. Upon claiming our baggage, we were out of the airport to find our guide. It was so messy, with so many people at the gate. Our third miracle of the day, as we were thinking whether to ask the guard in the airport where was Baskin Robbins - which was our meeting point. This guy walked up to us and asked us " Are you Patricia and Joan?". That was our guide - Andrie Laurent. With that introduction he drove us to our hotel Wina Holiday.

It was time for a good night rest. Stay tuned to our beautiful Bali adventures :)
