We boarded the tram which alighted us at Fort Siloso Square. There were 3 zones - the yellow, red and blue zone. We started off at the Yellow Zone where we experienced a solder's life at the fort. There were life-size vignettes that capture the sights and sounds of soldering - from the cramped quarters of a troop ship to the amenities at the Fort. We also explored the underground complex at Tunnel C.

A Soldier's Life
Indeed we stepped back in time to experience the remnants of the 1880's army life as we explored the barrack room, cook house, laundry room and the tailor's room at Quarter Master.
The blue zone was under renovation, hence we did not explore that area. Instead we headed to the red zone. There we saw the what happened during WWII including the Surrender Chambers, exhibits on Fall of Singapore, Voices of Singapore and many more
This has to be the highlight for Pat :)

We spent around 1.5 hour at Fort Siloso and time to depart. Amazingly the timing was perfect, the bus, trams arrived at our doorstep. Yes, we had to reach Vivo city at 5.30pm and indeed we did. As we had to travel to Houggang to attend Friday Growth at CSC. It was a blessed and fun filled day.
