Dinner at Serenity

Care for some spanish food?
On 3 September 2011, a Saturday Evening, I met Eunice and Ailing for dinner at Serenity Spanish Bar & Restaurant. Eunice had this craving for Spanish food. Both Ailing and I were there early, hence while waiting for Eunice, we ordered a plate of appetizers.

Serenity - Located at #01-98/99 VivoCity

Empan Croquetas ($12.80)

Homemade Spanish tuna puff, chicken croquetas and tiger prawn croquetas

Shared among the three of us. I liked the tiger prawn corqueta, the ingredient was unique and it gave a different flavour.

Vegeta Spaghetti ( $18)

Check out the big mushroom on this dish. Ailing had the vegetarian spaghetti and she mentioned it was tasty. A healthy dish indeed.

No wonder Ailing is so slim :)

Pat and the wine bottles

Paella Valen for 2pax - $43

Both Eunice and I shared this dish. Eat this dish when it is hot. The seafood of mussels, prawns and squid were fresh. Mix them with Paella - simply delicious.

Here's to a lovely Saturday evening.

It was good to catch up with excolleagues Ailing and Eunice. Wonderful time spent and I certainly look forward to the next gathering.
