We love Chapter 55 located at Tiong Bahru. However the recent visit in the month of July, I was slighted shocked three dishes we ordered was around $90 plus. The food is good. However if we compare value set mealz or 1-1 offered by card promotions, dinner was pretty pricey. F&B outlets really need to seriously consider are there promotions you can attract customers considering that we too can order food online, or cook at home. High prices will just turn away your customers.
