Spago

The month of January is always special for me as it is our wedding anniversary and also my birthday month. Here we are at Spago, 2nd January 2021,  located at Marina Bay Sands, the eve of our wedding anniversary. Pity it was a raining day, else it would be a perfect view to admire the landscape of Singapore. 
Interior of Spago - spacious, and classic setting. Great service 

We took the 3 course set lunch
Spicy Hamachi Tiradito
Kaya Toast Foie Gras Terrine - comprising  Brioche, Kaya Jam, Confit Egg Yolk and Aged Soy Salted
Such a unique combination - who would have imagined spread the toast with kaya and salted egg yolk and add on Foie Gras.  Very interesting taste and I love it.

Happy Wedding Anniversary
Our desserts with words of Happy Anniversary. We even had a card wishing you for our special day signed by the staff.
