Here we are at Dubrovnik - the start of our Croatia and Solvenia June Holidays 2017. We took the bus from the airport and we are on our way to our accommodation.
Pile Gate
This is the main entrance to the fortified centre. The gate is a strong defensive structure built on different levels. In a niche above the ogival arch you can see a statue of St Blaise, the patron saint of Dubrovnik.
