Chatuchak Weekend Market

Whenever we are in BKK, Chatuchak Weekend Market is a place we must visit over the weekend. For me, it is to shop for spices. This round we nearly couldn't find the stall, thankfully we found it after walking for over half an hour. There were more stalls of clothes. We really had fun shopping and bargaining.

Soaps in the shape of fruits

These alleyways are grouped into sections, with 27 sections in all. You will find more than one category of goods contained in one section, and the same category of goods will appear again in the other sections.
Chatuchak Weekend Market which was once popular among wholesalers and traders has reached a landmark status as a must-visit place for tourists. The 35-acre (68-rai) area of Chatuchak is home to more than 8,000 market stalls.
