For CNY 2017, I am indeed thankful to be able to visit River Hong Bao which was located at the Float@ Marina Bay from 26 January to 4 February. On a saturday late afternoon with a downcast sky, we made our way there. It would be more beautiful at night. Yet we rather not jostle with the night crowd then.
