On our way to Naruto, we visited this Mitsui outlet at Kobe Sanda Premium Outlets.
Compared to Premium Outlets, this had a broader mix of more local, casual brands. There are a few buildings – Central, East and West, and while these are not connected, each of these buildings host a range of different shops,. Hence you don't have necessarily have to walk outdoor to get from one shop to another like you need to at Premium Outlets.
