Chunks of sweet pumpkin, sun-blushed tomatoes and roasted macadamia crumbs on a bed of rocket. Dressed with honey mustard dressing.

A traditional favourite with smoked bacon, sunny side-up egg, roasted Roma tomatoes and mixed mushrooms on a roasted Neapolitan-style tomato sauce. Garnished with rocket, basil and Parmesan.
