There is always a long queue at the Vietnamese restaurant called Nam Nam at City Hall. Prices are reasonable and enjoy a taste of Vietnamese cuisine in Singapore. However the place is always packed. One gets the feeling that once you have eaten, please leave the place. Here we are at Nam Nam on a Sunday morning.
