Mandarin Court

In 2012, I observed that HSBC credit cards was having a series of fine dining with the various hotels. For a lunch set of $40++ one could have a taste of a variety of 5-6 dishes. Mandarin Court located at Mandarin Orchard Singapore was one of the place I visited for set lunch with my mum on 11 November 2012.
Dim Sum Trio, comprising of Siew Mai topped with Fish Roe, Crystal Prawn Dumpling and Vegetarian Dumpling with vegetables

Soup of the day ( Soup with meat and corn) - This was disappointing - nothing unique, something which we drink at home

Fragrant Wok-fried Jasmine Rice with Conpoy and Crab Meat
Nicely fried yet it's such a small portion, one hardly could taste any crab meat
Baked Canadian Sea Perch with Miso Sauce

Such a nice presentation - Thumbs up for this dish
Chilled Mango Puree with Sago and Pomelo (Simply delicious)
