SKAI is a lively contemporary grill, situated on the 70th floor of Singapore’s acclaimed Swissôtel The Stamford. Here we are at SKAI celebrating our wedding anniversary on 3 January 2022.
The view was spectacular. Pity we did not get to sit by the window view. Also we were forced to take the festive dinner which by right should have ended on 2 January. The main course was blend and average.
Charred Aji Mackerel
Cured Scallop - Pink Grapefruit, Caramelised Cauliflower, Tapioca
Bread and herb butter
Potato and Leek Soup - Great presentation
Grilled chicken - blend
Scarlet Prawn with glass noodles, Tamarind Shiitake and Soft Shell Crab - this dish was rather blend if not for the asparagus which I personally felt was the better of the dish.
Caramelized Banana - the effect when this dish was brought to us was spectacular
Matcha Tiramisu -Super delicious
