On Anthony's birthday in the month of March, he requested for lunch onboard the Orient Express. Hence we are having our fine dining on board the Orient Express.
Pity it's a stationary train. Very cosy exclusive setting.
The menu
Vegetable Fondant with cumin and avocado cream
Sunchoke cream, black truffle, chive, golden croutons
Salmon bonbons, butter sauce with fish eggs and caviar and chives oil
Cod Fish with duglere sauce and glazed potatoes
Sea salt sable with creamy dark chocolate and bourbon vanilla bourbon
It was an enjoyable meal though slightly over priced. Well a special treat for hubby on his birthday :)
