Summer Palace

 Bonding time with the family and my love for exploring food. That was what I did on 6 January, having lunch with mum at Summer Palace. Located at Regent hotel, Summer Palace is said to be one of the top chinese restaurants in Singapore.

Love the soup - refreshing and i was down with a slight cold. Felt much better with the soup

 Pan Fried Scallop Stuffed with Seafood Paste and Beancurd in Superior Broth

Do not be deceived with this presentation. The rice is only half the portion of the bowl. The crabmeat added to the flavor to the rice.

We had an enjoyable lunch at Summer Palace. I will definitely be back at Regent for the food. Highly recommended.
