Wild Honey

Delancey (beef) - hand sliced beef pastrami, poached eggs, tomatoes and grain mustard hollandaise on sesame bagel.

It's been over a year since we step into Wild Honey for dining. Here are at Mandarin Gallery having a late lunch at Wild Honey. 

European - two poached eggs, sauteed mushrooms wrapped with Italian prosciutto, hollandaise sauce on signature challah bread. 

Iron Woman comprise of apple, spinach, banana, avocado, chai seeds, honey, lemon juice

Located on the fringe of the historic Kampong Glam district, Symmetry is an all-day dining restaurant and bar with the laid-back sensibility of Aussie culture. We chanced upon Symmetry and had our lunch there.

It's always nice to catch up with school mates especially one who is permanently back in Singapore. Laura, Ryan, Ruilian and I met for dinner in April at Jiang Nan located at Vivo city. Delicious chinese food and great company.

Here we are on our second leg exploring Jurong Lake Gardens. It's past noon time, hence the blazing sun. It's still worth the walk and admiring the beauty of nature.

Jurong Lake Gardens (Part 1)

On 9 August 2021, we took a break from our work. Instead we ventured Jurong Lake Gardens. We boarded at Lakeside MRT and walked to the gardens. I was simply awed at the beauty of the nature and Jurong Lake Gardens and the photographer in me was happily taking pictures. 

We navigated our way through the network of park connectors, roads, picturesque rivers and canals and soaked in the presence of nature.
