Cherry Gardens Mandarin Oriental

Advance Mother's Day meal with our mothers :)

We decided to avoid the crowd celebrating Mother's Day on 9 May by having an advance meal on 2 May at Cherry Gardens at Mandarin Oriental with our mothers. Food was good, excellent service and cosy ambience. We took the set meal.

Trio Platter comprising of prawn, char siew and pork belly.
Thick superior lobster soup, conpoy and seaweed.
Braised duck wings with abalone and chinese mushroom with oyster sauce.
(Seriously can do without the duck wings -not so tender)

Braised cod fish with spinach tofu and capsicum in black bean sauce.

Stir-fried wheat noodles with prawn, scallop, silver sprouts and yellow chives.

Cherries with nui-er hong, cocktail jelly and lychee sorbet - a refreshing dessert to end the meal.

Thank you Mandarin Oriental for the dining memories we have had. Precious moments with our mothers. Happy Mother's Day 2021. God bless.
