Nana Green Tea

Located at Plaza Singapura, I met Gina during the CNY week to celebrate our belated birthdays. Well stranded in Singapore, unable to travel, the least we can do is explore Singapore and catch up for a meal.

Violet Oon (Ion)

After an early morning wake up call at 5am for PB invigilation in March, nothing beats a good lunch for sleepy Pat. This round we decided to go for Peranakan food. Somewhere near in town - Violet Oon cafe located at Ion. One of my go to places in town for Peranakan food - may be a little pricey but the food is delicious. 

Dry Laksa - something different for a change

Shepherd Pie with house salad - this is so good. The beef and potato melt in your mouth. It is serving for 1 person.  and potatI recalled the other time Anthony made shepherd pie before - lots of preparation and baking time.

It was a sumptuous lunch with Anthony. A lovely place for a meal or even a birthday gathering.

 

Crystal Jade

On 3 February 2022, Weiling, Siewchoo and I met up for our yearly CNY gathering. I had some work in the morning, rushed down to meet the gals for lunch who have both gone shopping in taka. Though I may not meet them often, such joy catching up with friends, like we just continued our conversation where we left the last round. 

Prawn Yusheng - somehow I still prefer Salmon Yusheng. Whenever there is yusheng I am happy to toss the yusheng for prosperity and eat.

Hans Im Gluck

I always look forward to dinner with Anthony, when we dine out on weekday. Here we are at Hans Im Gluck located at Vivo City. Nothing beats a refreshing drink, a burger and fries after a busy day at work.

Parkroyal Marina Bay

After breakfast I took a walk around the hotel to soak in the view. It is indeed a relaxing place and I am sure we would be back for more green experiences that the hotel offers. It was an awesome staycation to celebrate our wedding anniversary in the month of January 2022.

Breakfast at Peppermint

On January, the next day for our staycation at ParkRoyal Marina Bay, we made reservations for 9am  breakfast. Unfortunately Anthony did not feel well. He wanted to sleep in. Hence it was breakfast by myself. I took the outdoor seating. The breakfast spread was food so was the service.
